  • Can I get some help to decide on my villa?

  • I’m interested in a villa. Can I visit it?
    Yes, you are most welcome to drop by at any of our villas upon availability. Please visit our villa choices on the website and find the address.
  • Can I put a hold on the villa?
    Yes, of course. Simply fill-up the form that can be found on the page contact us. Please provide your name, contact details, travel dates, and your chosen villa. Give us an inquiry, then a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay through bank transfer in your local currency to a domestic bank account to save on foreign exchange rates charges imposed by your bank We can accept the following major currencies: AUD, EUR, GBP, SGD & USD. Please keep in mind that a deposit of 50% of the total price is required to secure your booking rental. The other 50% of the payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival unless stated otherwise.
  • Will you help me to arrange any pre-arrival requirements?
    Yes Absolutely! We can arrange anything at all! Common requirements include meals for when guests arrive, pre-stocking the fridge, helping arrange baby equipment at the villa, massages, day trips, and car rental.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you must cancel your booking please be aware there are cancellation fees which you can read in our T&C. We strongly encourage guests to buy travel insurance at the time of booking.
